During a recent Den meeting we were interrupted by a low flying helicopter. The helicopter landed in Farnsworth Park after rescuing a cyclist who was lost in the mountains. Our local sheriffs brought him home safely, gave him several bottles of water to re-hydrate his body, and took time out of their busy schedule to talk to our scouts about safety.
